Zero liquid discharge (ZLD) is a wastewater management system that ensures that there will be no discharge of industrial wastewater into the environment and also how to reduce water usage in the Industrial process. It is achieved by treating wastewater through recycling and then recovery and then reducing usages of acid and reuse for industrial purpose.
