YNY being a commercial trading business company handles diverse range of products from a spectrum of industries with the involvement in all the stages of supply chain management starting from development, procurement, manufacturing, processing, distribution and sales with futuristic values.

About the company

YNY was established in 2020 with the idea of creating a business model for empowering Indian women by means of developing futuristic electrical and electronic solar products at the ease of home, marketing and selling of the products will be taken care by YNY from them thus providing end to end support to the women. Consultation for the corporate concerns for various solar installations according to their requirement is also in the future developmental areas.

YNY being a commercial trading business company handles diverse range of products from a spectrum of industries with the involvement in all the stages of supply chain management starting from development, procurement, manufacturing, processing, distribution and sales with futuristic values.

In the developmental area we have our indigenous model of a mini solar laminator technology which will be developed in the name of the project “Green women” aimed at focusing on sustainable energy development and will pave the way for manufacturing and production of various solar based consumer products for the end users at home only by women. Based on the requirement of consumers the renewable energy products will be designed and altered time to time.

Shri Jeyakumar Natarajan is a solar Industry veteran whose career spans more than two decades of top management experience.

Shri Jeyakumar Natarajan has worked in Major Indian Solar Corporate companies and he has held key positions with Adani Solar; Tata Solar, Moser Baer and Lanco solar in a career spanning almost two decades.

Under his leadership, India’s largest solar module manufacturing facility had been built in India in 2015-16 and One of the world’s largest solar power plants in 2015 and also set up several key solar energy projects like solar rooftop power plants in various India locations in 2014, Solar water pump projects in Rajasthan, Solar 1KWp rooftop projects in Kerala India 2012 and Manual Solar Module Manufacturing plant setup in Tamilnadu 2007…etc.,

Each of these projects is an example of his solar carrier milestone achievement.

Shri Jeyakumar Natarajan can come out with various engineering solutions for every problem, follows the latest industry trends very keenly, does proper analysis to make sure that proposed solution works and goes out of the way to support operations and projects. In short he has become a single stop window for Solar panel manufacturing.

Shri Jeyakumar Natarajan has visionary mind set and excellent project management skills, starting from Concept to execution.

YEAR : 2015 -2022

  • India 1st GIGAWATT Factory – 1.2 GW Module Manufacturing line set up @ 2015-17.
  • 2 GIGAWATT Factory 2.0 GW PERC Mono Module Manufacturing line set up @ 2020
  • Participating Experience in 2 GIGAWATT PERC/Topcon Mono Cell/ Module Manufacturing line set up @ 2020
  • Create Team for selecting the solar PV Modules of 648 MWp (Kamuthi Project) @ 2015-16.
  • Analysis of Various Module Technology benefits or LCOE with PR/CUF along with Multi, Mono-PERC, Bifacial, and Thin film Modules.
  • Cost reduction in Solar BOM / Developing Solar Module with Half cut cells, Multi Bus bar Modules along with Bifacial Modules (GTG / GTB with Frame/Frame less).
  • Working in New development of Product BOM Materials like White EVA, High thickness EVA, Optimize Ribbon and LCR, LRF and half cut cell Technology / ECA Technology / Silicon Module Technology, Multi Bus bar / Merlin Technology.
  • Working for Subsidy benefits from GoG and GoI for Solar Manufacturing unit like MSIPS, EMC.
  • 2.0 GWp Cell and Module Manufacturing line @ 2020-21 within the Approved Budget.
  • Set up of 1.2 GW Cell and Module Manufacturing line set up Installation and commissioning has been completed within a Year and started successful operations with various Technology (Solar Multi / Mono and Bifacial Cell Module with GTG/GTB).
  • To procure and validate the 648MWp of Solar PV Modules with High Quality assurance from various Chinese Companies (Jinko, Canadian Solar, Trina Solar, GCL, Hanwha and first solar USA (CdTe) and Solar Frontier (CIS).

YEAR: 2013 -2015

  • Successful 250 MW Module plant commissioning @2014.
  • BOM Cost reduction <15-17 US$ Cents per watt as per Segment Oriented @2013-14
  • CTM loss – Cell to Module – Business Conversion loss <1%.
  • India 1st PID Free Module made and receives the TUV/UL Certifications.
  • Solar Pump and KW System Design.

YEAR: 2010 -2013

  • Successful 80 MW Module plant commissioning @2010.
  • Solar PV Module certifications without any Failures.
  • Manpower Train and Development.
  • In charge of PV Module selection of India 1st Highest 75MW Mahagengo project at single location and 35MW Rajasthan Project.
  • Developed Leading Engineering Activities in Project/Process/Product Engineering.

YEAR: 2007 -2010

  • Successful Low Cost New Module BOM Introduction & Implementation.
  • Module line process Setup at Q4:2007
  • Module product Certification within 6-month period

  • Leading Project Engineer for setting up Manual Solar Module Line.

WHY WOMEN

Women in India contribute very less to the economy of the nation which is comparatively low to the female population of India.   About 79℅ of the women aged 15 years and above aren’t seeking employment due to family circumstances. YNY is aiming at these graduated unemployed women who can greatly contribute to the nation’s economy. Thus by maximizing the human resources, raising the nation’s economy can be achieved easily. Moreover, financial independence for the women will be improved. YNY’s goal is to maximize the human resources in a most sustainable manner. The sustainability is achieved by using renewable energy resources in a cost effective way. Also YNY would like to develop sustainable consumer friendly indigenous products and technology with our nation’s unemployed graduate women population.
